Home Health Aid neglects kids

This article INFURIATES me! Why in the world has this "caregiver's" name not been released? She's been CHARGED, there is no legal reason her name can't be released. As a parent of a child with a disability, don't I have the right to know? I have to interview and hire my own caregivers. Yes, we do background checks, but there is always a risk. A couple years ago we had one background check that came back clear, then 6 months later we got a letter from the state saying, "There was a clerical error" and we'd not been given the correct information. Someone had been working here for SIX MONTHS that had no business working here. So, things happen, but if a name was released, at least a parent could add it to "the list"!!!
