Shame on you Abercrombie & Fitch!

It seems Abercrombie and Fitch got in a bit of trouble at their Mall of America store! I'm sorry the girl and her sister had to go through this, but I'm SO GLAD Abercrombie has been made to fix the problem, including awareness training for every employee in MN who has contact with the public!

And, also, thanks to Elizabeth Maxon of Apple Valley for pursuing the issue and not just giving up! Just last weekend I had Angela in several stores, trying on pants. Never once did anyone question me when we both walked into the same dressing room (though I suppose they look at it differently when it's mother/daughter vs. two teenage girls.)

Anyway, Elizabeth gets my "Hero of the week" award.

  1. I worked at Hollister for about two years, owned by the same people as Abercrombie. I'm shocked that this happened. It's common sense. I worked the fitting rooms and I never would have let this happen.

  2. Thanks for posting this Leah. I'm glad the mom pursued this. Shame on A & F! Ridiculous policy.
