And, you know my other answer...www.reecesrainbow.org Actually, some of the children now avaliable for adoption in Bulgaria were once living in one of those institutions and have been transfered in order to give them a chance to find a family. There are some good people in Bulgaria working for the kids, but like everywhere else in EE, you fist have to change the mindset of the people and the doctors.
